“Top notch tour, knowledgeable and attentive guides, beautiful countryside!”
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience taking this tour in spite of the rainy, cold weather. We were the only two rail passengers from Dublin to Galway so had our guide, Andrew Roche, all to ourselves for the three-hour trip west. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out many interesting facts along the way and shared many stories about the country with us. Once on the coach, we had a lovely time taking in the many sights through Connemara. I was especially struck by the beauty of the mountains and, of course, Kylemore Abbey. On the return train ride, we were kept up to date about our expected arrival time in Dublin, and were well taken care of. Andrew, again, made the time on the train fly by, keeping us entertained with more stories. I highly recommend this tour!

This was a great trip from Dublin across the beautiful Ireland countryside to Connemara. It was a wonderful experience and our guides made the trip memorable. It was a great way to see the beauty and experience the flavor of Ireland if you are limited on time. We only had two days to spend in Ireland and this trip was definitely worth the effort.

Well, I absolutely loved this tour. Everything went extremely smoothly from the early rail trip to Galway to the return to Dublin in the evening. The tour guides were phenomenal Jim O'Keefe, Peter, and the stupendous driver of the coach, Martin. The guides had lots of interesting information to impart and struck a perfect balance of humour, information, and silence. Well done! The scenery was breathtaking. Quite unbelievable. I strongly recommend this tour...it very much surpassed my expectations!

Perfect weather, scenery, food, rail, and coach. Brendan, our tour guide, couldn't have been more knowledgeable, organized, helpful, and FUN! He went above and beyond to make the day a memorable and FUN experience. This adventure completely made our Ireland experience. Highly recommended--we will be back!
